Steps to add Users to Business Account and set permission Access on PayPal

Users can be added to a Paypal business account by this process:

  1. Select your user name by clicking it in the top-right corner.
  2. Click on Account Settings
  3. Choose Account Access.
  4. Next to Manage Users, click “Update.”
  5. Choose the Add User option.
  6. Enter the Name, email, and user ID of the user.
  7. Choose the user’s access options.
  8. You can change a user’s permissions after adding them if necessary.

To edit a user’s permissions:

  1. Select your user name by clicking it in the top-right corner.
  2. Click on Account Settings,
  3. Choose Account Access.
  4. Next to Manage Users, click “Update.”
  5. Click the three dots under “Actions” for the user you want to change.
  6. Choosing “View Profile”

Add permissions:

  1. Tap the “Add Permissions” button in blue.
  2. Mark off the permissions you want to add.
  3. Select “Continue” from the menu.

Take away permissions:

  1. You can delete permission by checking the box next to it.
  2. Select “Remove Permissions” from the menu.
